"The Mountain Park Old Time Band brings forth a sound that predates what we know as "Bluegrass Music". This music conjures up thoughts of the moors of Scotland as well as the emerald green pastures of Ireland- a sound that has been heard in the mountains and valleys of North Carolina and Southwest Virginia for centuries. Their timing is impeccable, their vocals as pure as the breeze on a brisk mountain spring morning. I challenge you to keep your feet still...."
